What we are looking for

We are looking for highly committed potential trainee teachers who are passionate about a career in education. Applicants should enjoy working with young people and be hard working, flexible and have a sense of humour. We believe that recent experience in school is vital for those who want to teach and a number of our successful trainees have previously worked in roles such as cover supervisors or teaching assistants. We can offer ‘work experience’ in schools, however, for applicants who show real potential but who need to gain more exposure to a school based context.
